Terms of Use

Welcome to Striker. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Striker platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal activities
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without our consent

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Striker ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Content Standards

User Content must not:

  • Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Promote violence or discrimination
  • Include sexually explicit content
  • Violate any third party's rights
  • Contain spam or unauthorized advertising

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.

5. Shooting Sports Activities

Striker is a platform for the shooting sports community. By using our Service for shooting-related activities, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable firearms laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You will follow all safety rules and guidelines at ranges and during events
  • Event participation is at your own risk, and you should verify event details with organizers
  • Striker does not verify credentials, licenses, or certifications of users

6. Clubs and Events

Club Administrators

If you create or manage a club, you are responsible for the club's activities on the platform and compliance with applicable laws. You must have proper authorization to represent the club.

Event Organizers

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, proper management of registrations, and compliance with all applicable regulations for their events.

Participants

Participation in clubs and events is subject to the rules set by administrators and organizers. Striker is not responsible for disputes between users, clubs, or event organizers.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Fees

Striker Pro Subscriptions

Striker offers optional paid subscriptions ("Striker Pro") that unlock premium features such as video uploads, the Pro assistant, and the training library. Striker Pro is available as:

  • Monthly subscription — billed every month
  • Yearly subscription — billed once per year

Current pricing is displayed in the app and on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location.

Auto-Renewal

All Striker Pro subscriptions are auto-renewable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.

Billing

Depending on how you subscribe, payment is processed through one of the following:

  • Apple App Store — Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings.
  • Google Play — Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play settings.
  • Stripe (web) — Payment is charged to the payment method you provide at checkout. Subscriptions are managed through your Striker account settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Striker Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

  • App Store subscribers: Cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings or the Settings app on your device.
  • Google Play subscribers: Cancel through Google Play subscription settings.
  • Web subscribers: Cancel through your Striker account settings at striker.one.

Club Subscriptions

Clubs may also subscribe to Striker Pro for Clubs to unlock premium features for their organization. Club subscriptions follow the same auto-renewal, billing, and cancellation terms described above and are managed by authorized club administrators.

Event Registration Fees

Event registration fees are processed on behalf of event organizers. Refund policies for event fees are set by the respective organizers.

General

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance so you can choose whether to continue.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are owned by Striker and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT, INCLUDING COMPETITION RESULTS, SCORES, OR CLUB INFORMATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

STRIKER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM SHOOTING SPORTS ACTIVITIES, EVENTS, OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Striker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Finland.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
